About the Artist

Sharon's works are inspired by the shapes, lines & textures found in nature, especially those on or within rock surfaces; the little niches, dark crevices. They are imprints on mother nature.....recordings of a journey of time and weathering. For Sharon these small intimate spaces or shelters that she is drawn to are spiritual spaces, holding messages and mysteries about humans relationship with our environment. The man-made elements in her works refer to the human impact. These works are Sharon's personal, spiritual journey with the world around her.
